Welcome to Propertize, the easiest way to stay on top of what's happening with your rental properties. Propertize is designed to make your life as a property owner or manager easier. Keep all your data organized in one place, easily accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer connected to the Internet.Setting up your properties is easier in Propertize with the addition of the Property Setup Wizard. Simply follow the steps from inputing property details through entering a lease and adding tenants.
As you collect rent payments and incur monthly expenses, you'll want to track them using the General Ledger. Propertize makes the process easier by requiring only a few pieces of information from you. It already knows where each tenant lives and which month and amount is due next for this tenant. Simply choose the tenant's name and a pay date and the rest is done for you. Click 'Enter Income' and it appears immediately on your ledger.
Propertize also helps with recurring monthly expenses. For some expenses, like mortgage payments, you may want Propertize to simply add the expense to your ledger automatically each month.
Or, you can save the details of an expense for quick access later.
