	Income & Expense Tracking At the heart of Propertize is simplified income and expense tracking. Enter your rent payments and expenses, including mortgage payments, into a simple form. Each one can be entered for you automatically each month if you choose. View your entries on the General Ledger, or one specific to a property, unit, lease, or tenant. Create a custom report using the intuitive filters.
	Monthly Rent Invoices Collecting rent can often be a difficult task. Many tenants simply forget to pay their rent when the times comes. To help resolve this issue, Propertize will send your tenants rent invoices via email or postal mail 3 days before their rent is due.
	Schedule E Tax Report Propertize has made filling out your taxes easier with the Schedule E tax report. Select the tax report and you'll get all your income and expenses totaled for the year and listed by Schedule E tax category.
	Track Important Dates Staying on top of important dates (we call them 'Events') is easy with Propertize. Enter events into a simple form, and see them organized by date. Lease start and end dates are automatically entered as Events when they are created. Propertize will email you a list of your upcoming events every Monday morning.
	Access Important Data Store all your important tenant and vendor contact information in one secure location. Store as much or as little info as you like. Your data will be available whenever you need it, from any computer connected to the Internet.
	Multiple Users Add as many users as you like to your Propertize account. Each user has a unique username and password and can be assigned a subset of properties limiting access to only the properties you choose.
	Integrated Reporting Many applications give you pages full of links to reports you'll never use. With Propertize, we've built the reporting right in. Accounting ledgers and other lists of data can be filtered using menus right on the page. Filter the list to see only the information you want to see. Helpful default options are set, but change each filter and the results are reflected immediately.
	Four Simple Layers Propertize is designed with simplicity in mind. Each tenant belongs to a lease, which in turn belongs to a unit, which in turn belongs to a property. The Propertize menu is setup to easily distinguish these four layers from the rest of the application's features.
	Accessible from Anywhere Propertize is completely web-based. You access it via your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) with a unique username and password. This type of software has many advantages over traditional desktop software. For one, it is accessible 24-7 from any computer connected to the Internet. Your information is secure, backed up multiple times a day, and is available even if your computer crashes. Being web-based also enables Propertize to send you and your tenants emails to keep you on top of things happening with your account.
	Nothing to Install Propertize is completely web-based and works on both Windows and Mac. You access it via any modern web browser (Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox, Safari, etc.) using a username and password. You do not need to install or update any software on your computer. Software updates are applied immediately by us and are available to everyone the minute they are published.
	Propertize is Smart Whether filling in certain form fields or providing logical defaults, Propertize knows how your data is related. For example, when adding a rent payment check, simply choose the tenant's name from the list and everything else is filled in automatically. Using previously entered information, Propertize knows the amount of the tenant's rent payment, which unit the tenant lives in, and which month is due next for this particular tenant. In addition, Propertize can make the entry for you automatically each month if you choose.
