Terms of Service

By signing up for and using the Propertize Service, located at http://www.getpropertize.com/, and all services provided by y925, LLC ("y925") you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Any changes or amendments will be posted at this address and be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Service following any changes will constitute your acceptance of the amended policy. Should any major changes be made, we will notify all Propertize account holders via the primary account email. Additionally, new features and future additions to the Propertize Service and related services ("Service") will be bound by these Terms of Service.

Violation of any part of these Terms of Service will result in termination of your account.

Account Terms

To use the Propertize Service, you must:
  1. be 13 years of age or older.
  2. provide certain information, including an email address and name.
  3. be responsible for maintaining your username and password securely. y925 will not be held responsible for loss of data or other damage to your account due to your failure to protect this information.
  4. not share an account with someone else. Each user of Propertize is required to maintain a separate account.
  5. be responsible for all content posted using your account.
  6. not use the Service in a way that violates laws in your jurisdiction.

Payment

  1. A valid credit card is required for all accounts except the Free account. You will be charged immediately upon signup for the plan you choose.
  2. Each account is allowed a 90 day return period. If you are not satisfied with the Service in the first 90 days, simply cancel your account on the Account Settings page before the 90 days has passed. You will be refunded the entire purchase price within 5 business days.
  3. The Service is charged yearly in advance based on the plan you choose and is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for partial years or non-use of an open account. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
  4. All fees are exclusive of any taxes or legal fees imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for all such taxes and fees.

Pricing and Service Modifications

  1. y925 reserves the right to change, update, modify or discontinue the Service or any part of the Service at any time and for any reason with or without notice. y925 will not be liable to you for such actions.
  2. The price for using the Service is subject to change at any time with 30 days notice to you, the user. This notice will appear in the Propertize application and will be emailed to the address of each primary account holder.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. You are responsible for the cancellation of your account. Cancellation can be done on the 'Account Settings' page within the Propertize application. An email or phone request will not be considered valid.
  2. Upon cancellation, your account and all information associated with it will be immediately deleted. This action cannot be undone.
  3. Once your account is cancelled, you will not be charged for the service again provided you cancel before the end of your current paid year. No refunds will be given for partial years after cancellation.
  4. y925 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate your account at any time for any reason and without notice or refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Copyright and Ownership

  1. The Propertize Service and associated websites, logos, and taglines are copyright y925, LLC. All rights reserved.
  2. You may not copy any portion of the website without permission from y925, LLC.
  3. We do not maintain any ownership rights to the content you submit and maintain via the Service. The data you submit is yours.

Vowcher

Vowcher (www.vowcher.com) is a tool available to all Propertize users for sending invoices to tenants. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also agree to be bound by the Vowcher Terms of Service located at www.vowcher.com/terms.

Other Conditions

By using the service, you understand the following.
  1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  2. No warranties are given in regards to your satisfaction with the Service, errors or bugs in the Service, or incorrect mathematical calculations in the Service.
  3. y925 is not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the Service.
  4. Your use of the Service requires electronic transmission of information. During this process, your information may be transmitted unencrypted over the Internet.
  5. Technical support for use of the Service will be provided by email only.
  6. Failure of y925 to enforce any right provided in these Terms of Service at any time does not constitue a waiver of such rights.
  7. These Terms of Service constitute the sole agreement between you and y925, LLC.
